Proverbs 14:6 (TPT)
“… Revelation-knowledge flows to the one who hungers for understanding.”
God does not hide His wisdom from us; He hides it for us. Revelation is discovered and entrusted to a hungry heart. Spiritual hunger positions us to welcome the flow of God’s insight, clarity, and understanding. When we lean in with desire, when we ask to see what we cannot see on our own, the Holy Spirit begins to unveil what was hidden. He reveals great and guarded secrets we never could have known apart from Him (Jeremiah 33:3).
Revelation-knowledge flows where there is pursuit. If you are hungry, God is ready to pour out great and unsearchable things. If you desire understanding, heaven has already prepared your answer. Every hidden direction you need in this season is found in His presence, and He delights to reveal it to the seeking heart. In fact, He considers you royalty when you search out His mysteries.
Proverbs 25:2 (TPT)
“God conceals the revelation of his word in the hiding place of his glory. But the honor of kings is revealed by how they thoroughly search out the deeper meaning of all that God says.”
Through God’s grace and Christ’s redeeming blood, we have been made kings and priests (1 Peter 2:9; Revelation 5:10). Therefore, it is our honor to search out what God has hidden for us and to receive the revelation He joyfully pours into those who hunger for Him, as His royal sons and daughters.
Prayer
Father, awaken in me a deeper hunger for Your wisdom. Stir my heart to seek, to pursue, and to desire the things hidden in Your glory. I ask that You open my eyes to see what I cannot see on my own and unveil the mysteries You have prepared for those who draw near. Holy Spirit, lead me into the great and guarded secrets You long to reveal.
Teach me to search out Your word as royalty searches out treasure. Let revelation-knowledge flow freely into every place where I need clarity, direction, and understanding. As I come before You with a seeking heart, I welcome the insight, the truth, and the wisdom You are pouring out.
Lord, make me faithful in the pursuit of Your voice. Let every step I take be guided by the revelation You reveal. I honor You as King, and I receive the honor You place upon me as Your child, Your priest, and Your royal heir. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Jeremiah 33:3 (TPT)
“Cry out to me and I will answer you. I will reveal to you great things, guarded secrets that you never could have known.”
1 Peter 2:9 (TPT)
“But you are God’s chosen treasure – priests who are kings, a spiritual ‘nation’ set apart as God’s devoted ones…”
Revelation 5:10 (KJV)
“And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.”
