Sons & Daughters of Oil: Filled, Anointed, and Ready
February 21, 20261 Peter 5:10 (TPT)
“After your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever.”
The Aramaic says “slight suffering.” When you’re in it, it feels permanent. Peter knew suffering, and he knew restoration. Every trial in your life is temporary, but the glory we experience through it and beyond it is eternal.
Peter establishes an eternal perspective on suffering. When you are in the fire, when the pressure is intense, when it feels like it will never lift, God is watching and He is working. He is personally involved in your restoration.
Declaration
I declare this suffering is slight and brief. The God of all loving grace is personally restoring me, strengthening me, and building me up. I will not give up. I am not defeated. I am positioned.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
