Exodus 33:16 (LSB)
“Indeed, how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?”
The Lord is saying, “I know you by name, and you have found favor in My sight. I have been teaching you My ways and drawing you deeper into My presence, preparing you for the appointed time. My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. I have prepared you to behold My glory, and through you I will make My wonders known. My glory will be revealed through you.”
God has been using the setbacks to draw you deeper into His presence. He is preparing you for an appointed time, to raise you up in renewed strength, that you may walk in the fullness of His glory and reveal His presence and power through your life.
Exodus 34:10 (LSB)
“Then God said, ‘Behold, I am going to cut a covenant. Before all your people I will do wondrous deeds which have not been created in all the earth nor among any of the nations; and all the people among whom you live will see the working of Yahweh, for it is a fearful thing that I am going to do with you.’”
This is a season of covenant. This is a season of restoration. In this season, the Lord is doing a new thing in you and through you. What He is about to do will be seen by those around you, and they will know that He is with you. Do not fear the weight of what He is bringing, for it is His hand that carries it.
What you have walked through is never wasted in His hands. Every setback has become part of the foundation He has been establishing, and the favor He has placed upon you will distinguish you among many.
