Nothing Can Prevail Against Your Destiny
June 27, 2026Isaiah 51:7 (ESV)
“Listen to me, you who know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear not the reproach of man, nor be dismayed at their revilings.”
The enemy has sought to use the voices of men to discourage you. You whom God has called, chosen, and anointed for this very hour.
You do not walk this path alone. Reproach, ridicule, slander, and false accusation have followed God’s servants throughout Scripture. Joseph was misunderstood before he was promoted. David was despised before he was crowned. Jeremiah was mocked before his words came to pass.
The Lord asks a profound question through Isaiah:
Isaiah 50:9 (ESV)
“Who will declare me guilty?”
Who possesses authority to overturn the decision of the Ancient of Days?
The answer is simple.
No one.
Before the accusations of men were ever spoken against you. Before criticism found its voice. Before slander sought to diminish you. God had already spoken His purpose into your life.
Ridicule cannot overturn your call.
Slander cannot rewrite your destiny.
Reproach cannot revoke your anointing.
Those who oppose God’s purposes eventually fade like garments consumed by moths, just as Isaiah declares. Their voices belong to time. God’s verdict belongs to eternity.
Lift your eyes above the noise. Do not carry the voices of your critics into the season God is calling you to enter. Let them fall to the ground like dead leaves. Just as the leaves of one season give way to the next, so too will the reproach, ridicule, and slander that sought to hinder you.
The One who called you remains faithful. The One who anointed you still goes before you. The One who vindicates you has already rendered His verdict.
Stand confidently in what the Lord has spoken over your life. His Word settles your identity. His righteousness establishes your standing. His calling determines your destiny. No voice on earth possesses the authority to overturn what Heaven has decreed.
