God Is Restoring Purity to the Prophetic

Genesis 41:51-52 (LSB)
“And Joseph named the firstborn Manasseh, ‘For,’ he said, ‘God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father’s household.’ And he named the second Ephraim, ‘For,’ he said, ‘God has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction.’”
Before Joseph’s brothers ever appeared before him again, Manasseh and Ephraim had already been born.
God had performed a deep work within Joseph before he came face-to-face with the people connected to his pain. Manasseh testified that God had delivered him from the emotional captivity of what happened. Ephraim testified that God had caused him to become fruitful in the very land where he had suffered.
Joseph remembered what his brothers had done. When they appeared before him, he recognized them immediately. The memories remained, yet the wounds had lost their authority over his future. Joseph encountered his past carrying the evidence of what God had already accomplished in him.
Micah 2:13 (LSB)
“The breaker goes up before them; They break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it. So their king goes on before them, And Yahweh at their head.”
God is going before you and opening the way for breakthrough into your season of healing. Places within your heart that have remained restrained by the pain of what happened are breaking open under the healing work of Yeshua. The way is opening for freedom, restoration, and fruitfulness.
Right now, the Lord is bringing you through the breach into a healed place where the past loses its grip and fruitfulness begins to spring from the land of affliction. You are moving forward carrying the testimony of Manasseh and the fruitfulness of Ephraim.
And when your past comes back into view, you will encounter it from the place God has brought you into.
Joseph looked upon his brothers and declared:

“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to do what has happened on this day, to keep many people alive.”
What was meant for evil cannot overthrow the redemptive purpose of God. Through the affliction, God has prepared you and positioned you. He is healing your heart and causing you to become fruitful.
The Breaker is going before you.
God is opening the way into healing from the pain of the past. The places that have held the memory of betrayal, rejection, injustice, and loss are coming under the redemptive work of Yeshua. He is releasing you from their grip and bringing you into wholeness.
You are coming through the breach.
Your season of pain is giving way to fruitfulness. What has carried the memory of affliction will now carry the evidence of God’s redemptive work in your life.
